For those of you that were wondering when the Elk Candy Company was going to begin producing their famous acorn-style pieces of marzipan, wait no more! I received an e-mail the other day that reported the following:

We can finally live up to our slogan “Fine Continental Chocolate and Marzipan”. By a lucky twist of fate we are able to start adding chocolate MUCH sooner than expected (maybe this is what they mean by holiday miracles?).

We’ve added marzipan acorns, marzipan dominoes and marzipan chocolate logs. Look for more to be added in the weeks ahead.
