I had no idea that so many people were having such problems.  Very interesting - thanks for bringing this to our attention, Chris!

My only gripes with the new website are that my prior payment history isn&#039;t available (I&#039;m a number cruncher type of person so I liked having access to my historical repayment information) and the delay in updating the website.  Of course, the delay is only a visual delay since the USED updates their records based upon the date I set the payment to take effect, but I would like to see the payments reflected on their website a little bit quicker.

Thanks again for the head&#039;s up on the growing number of complaints.]]></description>
