I had no idea that so many people were having such problems. Very interesting – thanks for bringing this to our attention, Chris!

My only gripes with the new website are that my prior payment history isn’t available (I’m a number cruncher type of person so I liked having access to my historical repayment information) and the delay in updating the website. Of course, the delay is only a visual delay since the USED updates their records based upon the date I set the payment to take effect, but I would like to see the payments reflected on their website a little bit quicker.

Thanks again for the head’s up on the growing number of complaints.

But you should know that the myedaccount site isn’t as rosy as it may have seemed. Check out the problems people are having (and getting no help with) because of the changeover… myself included. There are 380+ comments for far.
