I was sent a request refund denied form from NJ divison of Taxation. DLN:03112069082, this claims we are being denied our refund of $1,500.00 which we have a form from ExxonMobile stating NJ tax was sent to NJ DIVISION OF TAXATION. My tax form was done online, but I have a Form 1099-R form stating the amount of $1,500.00 was withheld for NJ state tax. State/payer’s state no. NJ-980498131000, STATE DISTRIBUTION was $7512.36. If you need our copy of the 1099-R form we can subit to you.

My son has been trying to locate the instruction manual for his state taxes.
Apparently, the state did not print them this year. We tried websites that were
suggested by our public library and receive an error message that begins with
“opps”, the taxation site is having a problem. My son’s frustration has gotten
to a point that he is taking his state return to H&R Block. He works part time
and it will probably cost him his entire refund to meet the deadline.

This doesn’t work for me, or him.
