The holiday spirit has changed for me in the last few years, and now especially because I work in an office all day instead of going to class and spending most of my day on a campus. What I've found since graduating is, that while classes and settings are different each year, if you stay at the same job, winter last year pretty much blends with winter this year, and that unfortunately includes the holidays.

Weather wise, November was somewhat mild, which was nice. This week, winter has come full force in the Chicago area. We've had little snow the last two days, with freezing rain last night, and supposed gusty winds and cold, cold temps. tonight. The weather forecast changes so much, and it also depends on where you are because Lake Michigan affects things as well, so I can't keep up with the different forecasts.
