					<description><![CDATA[This story sounds a lot like dealing with Rogers, the major cable/internet/telephone company around here.  If you don&#039;t end up talking to a complete fool when you call with a problem, it&#039;s only because you&#039;ve been connected to a fool with some parts missing.  In fairness though, I think Rogers has pulled off an exchange that has seen most of the complete fools transfered to Bell Canada, the other major internet/television/telephone company around here.  If there were better options I&#039;d switch away from these dicks in a heartbeat, but I haven&#039;t found one yet.]]></description>
