					<description><![CDATA[Lord knows with this guy.  When I worked for the property management company for a few years and we were renting out hundreds of units, we would only HOPE that someone would give us a money order or cashier&#039;s check since it was guaranteed money.

This guy wants a check from me, but I&#039;m just not going to do it - with all of the shit that I have to do in a day, the last thing I need/want to worry about is whether or not this guy cashed my check after 5 days...10 days...20 days...30 days!!!]]></description>

It seems you have come up with a very landlord friendly method to pay which does not have the drawback of bounced checks.  What was he expecting credit cards or what?
