Joe,

I am very familiar with COAH, having written 3 housing plans for the initial round 3 submission. All I can say is it is amateur hour down there in trenton, they have not standardized the methods for localities to report development and when I pointed out the inevitable RE slowdown to Lucy V. at COAH in 2006, she was clueless.

BTW, congrats on the move. I hope the new digs are up to your high standards. I once had to move by myself in grad school in GA and actually did the couch by myself. I am big and used to be very strong, I doubt I could do it today.

As for Stern, I agree that he is rarely on fresh. It sucks that he has such a light schedule and much is made of this issue on the show. However, since my vacation seems to be matching his I am not completely complaining, besides I have podcasts of his and other shows to listen to here in Europe. Did you know satellite radio exists in Europe? It makes Latvia a little more bareable. Last year would have been terrible in the southwestern US without it as well.

I am heartened that we are finding that we hate Trenton like we do. Talk to you when I hit the States.
