Yeah, the NJHESAA is terrible. What bothers me the most is that borrowers are given NO indication other than some fine print that NJHESAA is NOT a government organization, but a private institution. At least the government has to respect certain borrower’s rights laws.

These people? They just bulldoze you. Best of luck to both you and your husband.

That’s funny what you ‘re saying about them. My husband Daryl has been fighting with them for almost 20 years. The bad part is the matter is still not solved. They will even stoop so low as to where they will take your federal tax refund.

Just make sure that you check the terms of the loan before you sign the papers. That was my big mistake (not that I would have been able to tell the terms apart at such a young age, but whatever).

Wow… That is simply amazing. I can’t believe you had to go through that! I’m now officially scared if I need to take out a loan for UCLA lol…
