Hi Cyndy. Aside from resenting the fact that you presume I am "unChrist-like" by simply reading a few tweets (which is, in and of itself, a judgmental action on your part and quite unChrist-like itself), I don't have any problems with the rest of your comment. Nor did I start responding after I read the first sentence. The sin of presumption (which you're exhibiting here) would lead you to believe that I would immediately blow my top and get mad. However, the reality of my life is much different than what can be tweeted in 140 characters or less.

So, thanks for the comment and I hope you aren't as presumptuous regarding the daily lives of other followers of Christ as you were here. All of that aside, I've got nothing but love for you and everyone else - hate has no place in my heart!

WOW Joe! I'm on a page with Jesus's face and you are so unChrist-like. Calm down my brother in Christ. Take a breathe, read and don't start responding yet. It's awesome you love the Lord and you have your beliefs. Praise God for that. But you can't show Christ like love by getting so mad. I was looking at your tweets about the traffic. Think of the stresses as God's gift to learn something, maybe how to control your temper. You know you are only allow the devil to win and I know you don't want that to happen. I can say this to you cause I was an explosive Jersey Girl myself. Now I find the good in the bad moments and you can too. Sure will make you have a better day. Trust me on this one! I'm not attacking you, just want you to have peace so you can have the most incredible life. Don't let anyone's bad attitude cause you to have one and lose peace in your life. Instead, thank them for teaching you how not to behave. LOL! Hugs for you Jersey Boy! God loves ya, so smile and chilll out and enjoy each moment he gives you.

I couldn't disagree more with every aspect of your review of Martin's work. As someone who has a read a lot of good (and bad) stories, novellas, books, and even some screenplays, Martin's work is nothing more than crap bundled together for commercial consumption. So, if you're looking for a long-winded, repetitive, go-nowhere made-for-TV-story (which is vile even to type) which is chock full of one-dimensional characters and the most boring, uninspired storylines in the history of science fiction/fantasy, then I recommend you go and read Martin's contributions to the genre.

George R.R. Martin makes a huge breakthrough with this well written, immediately engrossing, and incredibly intricate tale that keeps you hooked all the way through. Martin steps out on a limb as he writes a fantasy novel whose "good" characters are not invincible and sometimes bad things can and do happen. Most fantasy I've read involves the main characters in impossible situations that resolve themselves by dumb luck or the characters own super-human abilities. Martin goes above and beyond and writes a story that allows for inexperience in a characters fighting ability, both on the battle field and in the political arena. The protagonist does not always make the right decisions, and the good guy doesn't always win.

The lines between good and evil are blurred as Martin uses his impressive command of characters to present situations from different points of view. "Good" isn't always good, and "Evil" isn't always evil. Characters are given diverse personalities and therefore open up the possibility of role-reversal. It's like these are real people making real decisions, and as in life, anything is possible.

If your looking for a story that follows a one-dimensional track and is easily predictable, this is not the story for you. On the other hand, if you want a mature story that is filled with intricate characters and engrossing story lines that leave you guessing and begging for more, you've come to the right place. Hats off to this incredible author and the story that he has created.

Have a nice day,
Fane

I am also a TD victim.. I can verify what tanks4ntn says in his comment. They act as if they are bigger then they are.. They act as if they are better and have the arrogance to do what they want to do. The more people that leave the less they can act as if..

They bought my bank that I had over 6 accounts with for over 9 years (with the bank they bought) . All of a a sudden my status at my local branch went from great customer we want to keep and make happy to treating me like a kid with 50 dollars in the bank. I closed 5 of the 6 accounts, leaving them with almost $100,000 less in there care. I had them give me all of the money that moment in cashier's checks that I put in another bank that now at least does not nickel and dime me for every little thing. I don't want to be treated like some sort of celebrity. I enjoyed the service of the bank before TD took over and those services went away. So I went away also. As for the 1 account I left for TD. It was only to wait until outstanding payments cleared then that was closed also. I hope the many people that have a problem with TD will remove their money ASAP. No money and they will go away. I know its not likely to happen but we can dream.

I went through the same thing also, with Mass Effect 3 Collector's Edition just like Erik.

I preordered it, then the order was cancelled automatically on the 7th, the day after release. I called them to find out why, they said the item was discontinued and I wasn't going to get it.

I said, "I preordered this. Isn't the purpose of a preorder for me to reserve my copy, so you should have had it in stock? Why do you sell items if you don't have the stock to cover it?"

All he had to say was, "We didn't sell you anything, you weren't charged for it."

He either is so incompetent that he completely missed the point, or he is reading from a script/dodging the question.

Luckily, I foresaw this happening because I figured fye.com was not a very reputable retailer, and pre ordered a second copy from another online retailer just in case. They shipped the game on release day, and I received it today.

Never ordering from fye.com again, nor will I shop at their stores anymore. There's probably a reason why I no longer see their stores in malls where I live.

Just went through the same thing with these asshats.

I pre ordered Mass Effect 3 weeks before it came out. It was listed as in stock, and it would ship out to be at my house the day the game was released.

I check my order the day before since I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation, the status was listed as processing. The release date came and went, and I emailed customer service to find out where the heck my order was, they replied back with a cancelation notice!!!!

Horrible experience, horrible website, didnt get what I ordered and not a single answer from customer service. Thanks for nothing, will never order from FYE.com again.

Reading all these posts sorta makes me feel a little better, even though, I feel like utter death right now. It comforts me knowing I'm not the only one. Baja Fresh, you really make a reputation for yourself, serving the so-called "fresh" meals you guys prepare, I'm sure we all appreciate your being on this planet. I surely know I do, you have only put me through a great deal of misery vomiting and having diarrhea. If it wasn't for my genuine attitude, I would most likely have made it my life's mission to sue your guy's @ss. Keep up the great work Baja, keep serving those enticing burritos that'll keep me hugging the toilet more than my girlfriend, I never knew I was in so much love with that porcelain beauty of mine.

Had it yesterday, effects still hitting me today, but have died down a good lot. I still feel a little nauseous, but I can finally eat again. Last night, I couldn't even have water! However, Gatorade, my stomach was able to hold down. Thank God for Gatorade, it saved me from food poisoning a good years back as well. I had the burrito mexicano at the Baja Fresh in the Market place in Irvine. I will never ever be returning there and will spread the news to all my friends to not go there as well.

And to Baja Fresh, screw you and your cheap excuse for mexican food.
