  1. It is always good to give to charity. The word of God says that when we give to the poor we lend unto the Lord. Then he will supplies our need. So continue to give and your negative net worth will become positive in good time. Happy New Year.

    I’ve set some more charitable goals for myself for the coming year as well as some extremely aggressive student loan repayment goals for the coming year. I’m looking forward to achieving them both!

    I just went back and re-read this entry again and I have to reiterate that it DOES feel good to give away money to charity – even in the midst of seemingly insurmountable debt. The lesson here, folks, is to create a plan and stick to it!
