A guy I work with at my office is like that. Whenever he gets sick, he still shows up and he never hesitates to prance around like everything is ok. He is a VP at our company so he is always in and out of my office, and he always is coughing and sneezing around me, pulls up a chair to me, and even a few times, uses my phone if he needs to pick up for a customer. I got sick at least once last year because of him.
