In case you haven’t heard, the second dancer in the Duke lacrosse rape case has claimed that the first dancer (the one who said she was raped) is full of it.
The only DNA evidence found was from the stripper’s boyfriend.
The girl had no physical trauma.
Folks, this is EXACTLY what is wrong with the United States legal system. There is absolutely no evidence of rape, polygraphs have proven the lacrosse players innocent, DNA has proven them innocent, AND (I know every liberal is going to hate this), but these same tests have proven that this woman is a whore, that she abused herself only a few hours before the party, and that she is a liar.
How much more taxpayer money is going to be thrown behind this woman who obviously saw a bunch of rich kids and thought to herself, “payday!”??? Enough is enough already. Throw this case out and file charges against the woman for defamation of character, filing a case under false pretenses, and make her pay back all of the taxpayers money that she’s spent on her bullshit claim. Someone has got to make a stand and fight against this type of crap or we’ll be dealing with frivilous lawsuits forever.
