I spent 90% of today hunched over the toilet bowl yacking up seemingly nothing as my stomach churned and gurggled with the emptiness that has accompanied my extreme diet as a result of my faulty gall bladder.

And how was your day?!?

Man, I haven’t gone through this type of pain since early May when I went to the emergency room for the gall bladder pain. I’m not quite sure what brought about the attack this time since I have been eating only a certain type of food (bland, fat free stuff) and I’ve only been drinking water (nothing carbonated for me).

I don’t get it. It took from 5AM until about 5PM or so for my gall bladder pain to go away and after that it took until about 6:30PM for me to pray to the porcelain bowl for the last time. After that I was so exhausted that I just collapsed and had no choice but to sleep for a few hours (sleeping was hard to do earlier today because of the stomach pains).

All I know is that when I go to the Doctor’s office on Tuesday, I need results. I have an appointment on Tuesday and one again on Friday (which is the gastrointestinal doctor that I need to see). So I’ll be sure to keep you all posted on my health as it changes.

For those of you who are taking the weekend off or going away – have a great time! I’ll see you back here on Tuesday! As for me, I’m preparing to be involved in the Carnival of New Jersey Bloggers this Sunday!
