Busy, Busy, Busy!
August 22nd, 2004 | Added to Random Entries

Hey folks! As I’m sure you’ve all noticed, I haven’t been around too much in the past few days. I’ve been rather busy, but not so busy that I can’t stop in here and give a little update on things!

It seems that I’m not able to eat regular food any more. Why you ask? Well, a few of us went to Applebee’s today. I mostly went for the Nachos Nuevos – they’re ridiculous! But, it seems that since I’ve eaten that food (and the really good Chicken Fajita wrap), I’ve had a nasty reaction in my stomach. I’d say that every half hour or so, the food just wants to come back up! I guess that part of the mess of cutting back on massive intakes of food. Back in the day I could have eaten that food and then stopped for some grub on the way back from the restaurant. Of course that wasn’t good – not good at all.

And hey, how about those American Olympians? Congratulations to all of the great athletes who are out there representing our country so well! How about that Softball team? DAMN! They’re not taking any shit from anybody! I’m impressed. I really am. There have been so many records set and so many great performances from our #1 in the world gymnast to our kick ass 19 year old swimmer that this may go down as one of the better Olympics for the Americans in recent times. Yeah, 1996 in Atlanta was something, but this has really been a great showing so far. Continued success!

I should be back sometime tomorrow with some normal update on here. Lord knows that I’ll have a story or two – I’m going to Rutgers tomorrow for my ID card so you never know WHAT may happen with that!
