I managed to get a lot of things done with my Rutgers Graduate School situation today. I think that I’ve finally gotten a hold of all of the different aspects of my financial aid – including when it goes into effect and where it will be applied. Also, I think that I’ve figured out that if I do get the scholarships that I applied for, I won’t be able to give back some of this loan money before it is distributed so I’ll have to immediately write a check back to the loan company to start to mark down the loan.

The situation with parking has somewhat fizzled itself out a bit. I was contemplating just taking the train up to Rutgers for the coming school year, but it really is cheaper to just drive (hoping that gas prices go down)!

I also found out a place to buy a sweet Rutgers sweatshirt online!

The final situation that I’ve gotten a grip on is the books for my classes – I’ve found the right people to contact about when they will be available and when they will be available online.

So things are starting to get into place! Tomorrow morning I’ll be going to get outfited for a new suit – the old one is WAY too big now. So let’s hope that I look kick-ass in the new suit, huh?
